With the gaining use and popularity of virtual machines and associated tools (Vagrant, Puppet, etc...), I think an introductory session on the basics of Virtual Machines would be valuable for many of the attendees. The session could focus on DrupalPro: what it is, how to set it up, and how it makes your life easier.

I think Andrew Riley or Ben Hosmer could easily be able to handle something like this.
